Built by a former contractor
who got sick of spreadsheets.
I spent years running jobs out of a truck, a notebook, and a spreadsheet that somehow still managed to lose track of who owed me money. I was done paying for bloated software built for salespeople in glass towers — so I built the CRM I actually wanted, for people like me who build things with their hands.
Why I built this
For years I ran my own contracting business the way most of us do — quotes scribbled on the back of invoices, follow-ups tracked in my head, and a spreadsheet that I swore I'd "clean up later." Later never came. I lost a job once because I simply forgot to follow up with a lead. That one stung.
So I went looking for software to fix it. What I found was either built for enterprise sales teams — complicated pipelines, integrations I'd never use, and features you'd need an MBA to understand — or it was a "lite" tool that didn't actually do quoting or invoicing unless I paid for the next tier up.
I got sick of spreadsheets, sick of cobbling together five different apps, and sick of paying for features I'd never touch. So I built the tool I wished existed: something that tracks leads, sends professional quotes, gets me paid, and keeps my jobs on schedule. Nothing more, nothing less — because that's all a contractor actually needs.
